The "Forgot Username" and "Forgot Password" buttons work only if you have an existing Campus Parent account and have entered an account security email address in the Campus Parent.
If you don't have a Campus Parent account or have forgotten your username and/or password and you don't have an email address in the system, please email us at ic.support@crittenden.kyschools.us with the following information:
- Parent Full Name
- Parent Date of Birth
- Parent Email Address
- Student(s) Name(s)
- Student(s) Date(s) of Birth
- Student(s) School(s)
- Phone Number where you can be reached
- Description of Issue: Ex: need portal account, forgot username, need email added to system, etc.
Please do not use the "New User Account" button. Email the information required above and we will take care of getting you set up. Please also let us know if you have had a portal account in the past and just need your email put in so you can use the reset buttons.
